The Winchester Business Association (WBA) is a cooperative effort of local businesses, property owners, City of San José (District 1 and District 6), and adjacent neighborhoods and cities. Our goal is to revitalize and strengthen the economic base of the Winchester Business District.

Your membership in the WBA will not only help strengthen the Business District but give you opportunities to develop and grow your business. Working cooperatively, you will:

  1. Be able to stretch your marketing dollars and work more effectively
    2. Have a “voice” at City Hall
    3. Hear educational presentations at meetings
    4. Enjoy networking opportunities at mixers and other events
    5. Have a free website listing on the WBA website
    6. Learn quickly any important activities or projects that will affect your business

Our mission is to make the Winchester Business District a thriving and prosperous business community by increasing and accommodating visitors to the area. We will educate the community of the variety of products and services that are available within the business district by working cooperatively amongst businesses, residents, and city officials, and providing open channels of communication and networking opportunities.
